Return& Replace Policy

NovaHearts is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We offer a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy since the day item was received. We do not accept any returns after 14 days .

If the jewelry gets damaged upon a delivery - Pls contact us within 7 days of delivery. we will refund you or send you a new item

For return/replace, please email sale@novahearts.com with the subject 'Returns'/ 'Replace' and include your order number, name and the reason.

Please notice:

The item must be undamaged,can be resold, and with original package! 

Customer is responsible for return shipping fee unless original item is defective or damaged in shipping.

We will provide you with the return address. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

When returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
